• Strategically use the different action cards given to you each turn to beat the opposing player
  • Random card actions are distributed to each player after the end of the turn (and the beginning of the fight)
  • Characters have passive skills that cannot expire, usually indicative of a buff (alongside the adequate demerit)
  • Buffs/Debuffs cannot be stacked—only one affliction can be applied at a time (if the players do use multiple buffs/debuffs, those afflictions will reset to the max amount of turns provided by the card, eg. 3 turns left of poison → 5 turns)
